Become an ADX Provider

Physicians who wish to become part of ADX must meet strict minimum requirements. ADX is built to be national/international – growing into other markets. As we expand into other markets, there is a chance to be involved. If you have what it takes, believe that the patient is primary and won’t settle for less than optimal results, we want to hear from you.

Board Certified in one of 6 primary Specialties

  • Anesthesiology
  • Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
  • Neurology
  • Radiology
  • Orthopedic Spine
  • Neurosurgery

Board Certified in one of 3 accepted IPM (Interventional Pain Medicine) Boards

  • AAPM (American Association Pain Medicine)
  • ASA Subspecialty (American Society of Anesthesiologists)
  • FIPP (Fellow in Interventional Pain Practice)

Additional Requirements

  • Completed and passed a 12 month, ACGME (Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education) Accredited program, IPM Fellowship or in practice devoted to greater than 50% IPM prior to 1996
  • Practice IPM full-time
  • Two years of practice experience, post fellowship (exceptions may be made if the physician is under the supervision of a current ADX IPM Physician)
  • No significant Medical Board or Medical Society actions, Medical Board or license actions/restrictions, drug abuse, or other aspects of medical practice that may compromise the integrity of ADX
